Teknesini satın almak için kapora veren,heyecandan gece uyku uyuyamayan, çok sevdiğim bir abimin sorusu üzerine Delaware Registry, Ltd ye yazdığım mailin cevabı.

USA bandralı tekneyi şirketi ile birlikte satın almak.

Subject: Selling a Company

Dear Erdem,

We are in receipt of your message concerning your interest in buying a company that includes a boat.

The owner of a company that has a boat as an asset of the company can choose to sell only the boat (and they would keep the company) or they can sell the company/boat together.
•   If the owner of the company chooses to sell both the company/boat together they would need to transfer their ownership shares in the company from themselves to the buyer and record the information in the company record book (transfer ledger).
•   Also, to change directors and or officers in a company is a matter handled by having the necessary meetings and drafting the required resolutions. The corporate kit is the vehicle that is used to structure the corporation as needed (determine who are directors, officers and stockholders).
•   The corporate kit is also used for making ongoing changes to the structure of the corporation (i.e. changing officers and directors). These changes, as they occur, do not need to be provided to the Delaware Secretary of State, and should simply be made part of the corporate records.
•   We MUST be advised as to who the new contact person for the company will be and their address for correspondence purposes.  This information MUST come from the current contact person we have on file for the company.
•   Nothing needs to be done with the boat registration (unless the registration has expired) since the company will still be the owner of the boat.  However, if the buyer decides to change the name of the boat, and the old name is on the registration, they might need to request a new registration card with the new boat name.
•   If the owner of the company chooses to keep their company they would simply be doing a Bill of Sale transferring the boat from the company to the buyer.  The buyer would then need to take the necessary steps in registering the boat.

O korsanımız da bir yamuğa gelmeyelim bu işin erbabına soralım bari demiş. Kendisine o an arayıp Erdem korsanımı soralım ,bilmese de anında öğrenir gibi bişeyler dediydim galiba. Ne kadar güzel böyle çok sevdiğiniz ağabeylerinize yardımcı olmanız  1w5ey8 .

Hakkaten böyle olmuştu...   :) Unutmuşum... ::) 
Fakat sonradan anlaşıldı ki tekne sahibi kardeşim bu işin bilenlerinden... 

O torun var ya o torun... Bu kadar dede, dayı, teyze, nene  olunca bu torun ne yapar valla bilmiyorum.... x():
Fakat adını benimde  hatırlayamadığım bu kişi o zaman ne yapacak kestirmek zor ... Ama şu bir gerçek, yandı valla... :o
