We will accept payment by wire transfer. The instructions are as follows:

When making your wire transfer:
a) The amount our office is to receive is $ (we will not know until you provide the length of the boat -see below)
(The total amount we will let you know will include our $25.00 wire transfer service fee. This fee is
not associated with any fees the sending and receiving banks charge).
b) The amount of the transfer should also cover all sending AND receiving bank charges
associated and deducted for the transaction.
c) The transfer must reference the Delaware company name and your name so it can be
identified properly.
d) A fax of the bank details would be greatly appreciated for identification purposes.
Once you establish the company, you may register your boat in the company name, Marti 24 Co.
You will need to forward the following documents if the boat is a secondhand boat registered in foreign registry:
CURRENTLY REGISTERED BOAT (Foreign):
1) Completed/Signed Boat Application Form (complete Boat Application attached to this email).
2) COPY of current Foreign Registration.
3) COPY of the deletion from Foreign Registry .
4) COPY of a Notarized Bill of Sale showing the transfer of ownership from the registered owner
to the Delaware company.
Please Note: If the Foreign Registration/Bill of Sale/Deletion does not show the 12 digit Hull Identification
number you must send a picture of the Hull Identification number as etched on the boat OR a
pencil rubbing of the Hull Identification number.
Please Note: If the Bill of Sale is signed by PROXY (signing on behalf of the seller) we must have a copy of the Power of Attorney authorizing this person to sign on their behalf.
ALL documents must be in English or have an English translation attached
Fees to register the boat are based on the length of the sailboat. Please provide this information and we will be able to provide the fees to register the boat.
We will let you know the total fees for sending a wire transfer once we hear from you with the length of the sailboat.
