This schooner will make an excellent charter vessel for six passengers or classic yacht for personal cruising. She has wide decks and plenty of room throughout for dinner cruises, sunset sails, or any sort of sailing tour. Alternatively, she makes a wonderful liveaboard home. With separate master quarters, she has just the right blend of functional space and privacy. But perhaps her greatest feature pertaining to either intended use is her ability to attract attention wherever she is. You don't see people clawing for their cameras for a Hunter or pointing, waving and honking from shore at the sight of a Bayliner. She is, if nothing else, distinctive.
The vessel was last surveyed in Maine in 2006. The appraised value at that time was $150,000. Since then, the yacht has gained more value through several valuable additions including a Simrad autopilot, gorgeous douglas fir and walnut binnacle, and a new club-footed jib as well as other items that the owner will be happy to discuss.
